SPOUT - Exit/In - Music City Mayhem
Nashville, TN
First off, ... Thanks to Jerry Work. He supports the local scene and
knows what's up and what's whacked. He tells it like it is and put
together an awesome show for a great cause (The Ronald McDonald
House). Fuel ended up booking a show across town on the same night
and we still pulled in a great crowd. Jerry Work runs
Nashvillerock.net and it really is your #1 source for local rock news
and no we aren't getting paid to say that. :) It's the fuckin' truth,
holmes!
I remember this show being full of energy. We were about to take
the month of July off from playing so we crammed all our sweat (and
literally blood) into this short set. It was a great time and it
makes me miss playing live already! (hey it's only been a month you
sentimental ass!)
It was a great time mingling backstage with the other bands and their
posses. They had a guy talking the entire time on the microphone
as we set up and got ready to play and he pulled someone up on stage who
said he was there to see us and they did a little skit as if he wanted
to marry us. It just remember it was funny as I was frantically
trying to hurry with getting my shit set up! Where the fuck are
the roadies?
10
bands. 1 stage. 5 bucks
How can you go wrong?
