SPOUT w/ SOCIALBURN
12th And Porter - Nashville, TN
This was one of the last few shows with Jason and Brandon.
I, personally had a great time. We gained new fans who
bought our cds and signed up on the mailing list. Had a
massive amount of new sign-ups on Myspace.com the following day.
This was one of those last minute thrown together shows.
We were called by Golden Squid Entertainment to open the show
for SOCIALBURN. They were formerly on Elektra records
(Butch Walker would call them NeglectYa records)... but now
they're touring again as an unsigned. They are from the
Tallahassee, Fl area (as am I) so it was cool sharing the stage
with them.
Last time I made it down to Tallahassee a month or two ago, I
caught their new single on the radio as I looked over and saw a
girl with a Socialburn sticker on her car. Nice
timing.
I remember after the show having a great conversation with a
drunken homeless guy...
and those are my stream-of-conscious memories about this
